I recently started working out again and I have a way to go to get to my goal of 150.I am 251 5'3 and most of my weight is in my lower body.I wanted to only work out on machines and not free weights.What machines,how long,and how many reps should I do to where I wont bulk up.I was always had a voluptous figure(very chesty 38DD,small weight,and nice hips and behind like Janet Jackson).What would you suggest?
