Hello,

I'm a 27 year old male from Wisconsin that is looking to tone back up. Here in Wisconsin all we do is drink beer and eat cheese which is not doing wonders for my body. I plan on cutting back my drinking to just the weekends and watching my diet a little more,but im looking for advice where to start on a excercise routine.

I have a reg old weight bench and some dumbells and need to know basically how to use them in very simply terms to gain a nice stomach and some nice pecks. Pleeeeeease Help!

There is a lot of help available but you'll need to help yourself a bit first. Browse the forums and especially check out the tabs at the top of the page. There are some really good workouts that will work if you use them. You'll get more specific answers if you can ask specific questions. Don't try and set up a workout where you only work abs and pecs as you will see once you've read the forums for a bit. Welcome to the site by the way, just noticed that was your first post.
