In order to gain mass, you must consume more calories than you expend. It's all diet. Creatine won't do a thing for you at this point in time. What kind training program are you currently doing?

jbennett is absolutely correct.

squats, deadlifts and eat a ton of good food. legs, chest and back are large muscle groups so will get most weight gains from these. heavy compund exercises. build up though don't just try to go heavy from day one. creatine is useless to you as are most other supplements at your age. protein protein protein. at your age it will be tough b/c your metabolism is probably pretty high.

I am fairly new to this working out thing. I work out 3 days a week, because I am in the Navy. My workout usually includes, push ups, sit ups, crunches, and some others. I usually do a 20 minute run (fast pace). I am trying to put on weight. I really only have access to dumbbells. I am 6'0 about 160 lbs. I want weight, but I want muscle, I dont want all fat. Any ideas man?
