Hi all,

Its been a while since I have posted, but I haven't taken a break from the gym. Too be completely honest in the past several weeks I have broken many of my personal records and put on a solid 5 lbs of lean mass (I made some changes to my routine, diet and supplements that really helped).

The thing is I have just started taking a martial arts class which will now eat up two of my lifting days. This leaves 3 days for lifting. The classes are pretty high intensity, focusing on cardio and stamina (I am usually pretty soaked and tired after the class). I want to keep my lean mass, but having progressive gains would be nice too.

I plan to do the following:

1) Keep my diet the same (I am getting a solid 3000 calories a day and I follow it religously). I use a p35/c45/f20 macro (this macro seems to have given me the best gains)
2) Lift 3 times a week (mon, wed and fri). Chest+Tri+Shoulder, Back+Bi+Forearm, Leg+Calves+Core. I will probably use super-setting and drop sets to keep the workouts intense.
3) Martial arts 2 times a week (tue, thur). I will treat it like a lifting day when it comes to the post-workout meal.
4) No cardio at the gym (except my 5 minute warm up). The martial arts should cover that.

Does this look good if I want to keep my lean mass and maybe continue to make some slow, but progressive gains? I am wondering if I should cut my calories down a little due to the lost lifting days. Any tips or advice would be appriciated!
