short workout every day?

Is doing the home workout (push ups, chin ups, curls, back dip, squats) a bad thing to do every day? Is the rest day absolutely necessary?

There will probably be some that disagree but I find no reason not to do something every day. As long as you keep in touch with how your body is adapting you should be fine.
