hey guys!
i whiegh 145 lbs and i am 16 and i ahve a line in the middle of my stomach but i thknk it is just a fat line or somthing how do i knwow at it is and how can i get like a 4 pac at the most?

Look in the other forums, one of them has a sticky post at the top titled 'the most frequently asked question at freetrainers', it should answer your question about how.

Or, do a search using fitbuddy at the bottom of teh screen and look up abs.

Your diet will play a huge part in visible abs, but you have to work out, too.
