I started weight training a month ago. I go fairly regularly to the gym and work out seriously. So far so good... but I just cant eat the recommended diet...not even get close. FYI - I am 176cm and 62 kgs (136 Lb).
I work in a sedentary job which is hectic, so i get a glass of milk in the morning (with protein), a light lunch, a banana in the evening and a really first full mean in dinner. I eat another snack in the late night as well as a protein supplement.

I know you will all kill me, but I havent gained an ounce, though I have lost some belly fat and signs of muscles has appeared. So I am quite happy in that front

Should I just resign myself to a slim bod, with no bulk? And I cant eat those Soya bars as well, they taste awful.

Any ideas ?

Kman - YOU NEED TO EAT. My 1 & 3 year olds eat more than that.
