I need a plan to get my:
DIET IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

MY THIGHS SMALLER

MY LEGS TONED

MY BELLY IN TO TONED TIGHT ABS

MY BOOBS SMALLER

MY MY ARMS TONED

MY LOVE HANDLES GONE

AND IVE BEEN GOING TO THE GYM BUT ALL I DO IS RUN AND WORK ON MY ARMS AND LEGS BUT WHAT PEICES OF EQUIPMENT WILL HELP ME DO ALL THE ABOVE!
