I am going to be getting married in the next couple weeks here tried on my dress and it dont fit anymore. I am also starting a new jobs at hooters and i need to look good any ideas? please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:dumbbell::(
If any one knows any exersice tips or any drinks i can make please let me know.

Oh, I am sorry. I don't know what got into me.

Try eating right and exercising regularily as a lifestyle choice instead of a short term fix.

If you cut out carbs and dropped water from your system you might experience a short-term drop in weight, but it will come back when you eat carbs, as eventually you will have to.

This entire site is full of how-to info and good advice, try reading some of it and applying it.
