I would say don't let one day off bother you just get back to it as soon as possible so you don't break the cycle. I had the day off yesterday to take care of some stuff. And it effects me alot. because I feel if it continues I would be missing more days of training and that makes me lazy. I like exercising in the evening and to keep me true to my schedule I'll start perparing my mind a few hours before I go out to exercise by watching the clock and thinking about the exercises. Just make sure you replenish those fluids since you were out in the sun all day.
