Hey, I'm new here and I just signed up for the "weight loss & defenition training" program and the "12 week abs" program. Now when I go to my fitness profile it says :
Tone Glutes & Thighs!
Chest Mass & Development!
Thigh Mass & Development!
Wider Shoulders Plan!
Calves Development!.........I dont want to do all that. I dont want to look all bulky and ultra buff like the guys on this site. I also dont want to take a bunch of supplements. All I wanna do is loose most the fat of my body, especially my butt and stomach and thats it. My goal is a toned stomach where I can see my abs, and a much skinnier smaller butt and bigger arms, thats it! I dont wanna widen my shoulders or thicken my thighs or glutes or anything... I just wanna be lean and defined...Can anyone help me??I'm confused and dont know what to do. Would appreciate any replies thanks.

Good luck with the program you chose. If you don't check off the boxes next to those plans, then tyey won't show up in your program. Remember, one can exercise untill the cows come home, but if your diet isn't correct you wont be able to see the lean tissue (muscle)! Right?

You definitely need to make sure that the boxes for those programs are unchecked in the personalized profile for you plan. :)

Getting muscular is as much about diet as it is about what you do in the gym....cut/maintain your calories and you will be losing bodyfat/wont be getting much of new muscle...

highly suggest fish oil supplement as you're dieting to prevent muscle loss(the one you have already)...6g daily , split in half twice a day...
