Hi im trying to get ripped and am on whey protein.Would like to know whatb should i have it with milk or water before sleeping?Also after a workout which liquid would it be preferable with ?Thanks....

Post workout, use whey with water.
Bedtime you don't want to use Whey. Use caisen if you must use a mix but cottage cheese is the best bedtime snack, food etc.

hey..thanks...just wanted to know how come it isnt ok for having whey before sleepin??Also due to lack of options i have to take it so would milk be fine,ihave it atleat an hour before sleeping..

Milk is good since it contains casein which gets absorbed slowly overnight. Whey gets absorbed quickly and doesn't last overnight. :)
