First off i just want to say taht this is a great site..
second just a little of my background i worked out for 2 years and i had a great size but i been off for 1 year now and i still have a OK body what i am looking at is to get some size on me then tone it down later down the road. Can anyone please point me in the right diriction in getting a program that will be good and i can gain alot of size.
