is chocolate milk good to get a lot of calories to gain mass, because it has like 440 calories in a pint of chocolate milk?? thanks

Pretty much sugars....however, if you are the classic ectomorph, and whatever you do you cannot gain weight, then actually nothing may be off limits. But this would be in addition to your good diet. You must take this post into context now, this is not condoning a chocolate milk diet, simply putting out the idea that in some cases it can be warranted. Many classic ecto's for instance eat lots of ice cream, lots of pasta, etc. in addition to a good clean diet.
