I want to lose 20lbs. in a month. I eat right, and I have no problem going on an even stricter diet. I want to be slimmer (not bulky with muscle, just thinner). I plan on going on a strict diet and doing plenty of cardio, working out twice a day, and playing a different sport each day. I need some tips to possibly help speed up the process. Any advice??
