hey i've recently started working out and doing a bunch of cardio... im making myself protien shakes about 3 or 4 times a day.. this is my mix
one scoop protien
one banana
a bunch of strawberries
ice
and sometimes Glutamine
I wanted to know if i shouldn't be eating that many strawberries and bananas, just cause i read something on this site the other day about cutting fruits out of your diet to lose weight.
also if i wanted to add a scoop of creatine to that shake would that be okay?
I'm trying to bulk up on the muscle and slim down on the fat.. suggestions Plz guys... thanks.
I weigh about 200 lbs, i get more protien from the food i eat throughout the day though, not just from my shakes, i think i'm up to around 160 grams of protien per day..
so it's definatly not a good idea to throw creatine in with my protien shakes?
