My name is Sean and i live in Corpus Christi, Texas. I am 35 and i have been in and out of a gym since i was 13. This time has been the longest stretch and hate to say it but i am very over weight being 228 and 5'7. I was 238 abotu 3 weeks ago when i started heading back to the gym. I have notice i feel alot better sinc ei have gone back to the gym and try to work out everyday alternating between lower and upper body daily. I am a EMT / Firefighter so i dont get to go to the gym everyday.
Anyway 3 yrs ago i found out i am Diabetic Type2. I want to start taking Whey Protien with Lysine and also Glutamine. Does anyone know if this would be harmful to me? Any info in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
