I had a full disk replacement, fusion and caging inserted into my lower lumbar spine. I would like to loose the weight that I had gained when I was immobile. I am unsure where to begin. I cannot afford physical therapy..but I want to get "back to normal". Can anyone help?

Eat better. Do cardio. Start lifting light weights. Light hyperextensions would be at the top of the list to strengthen your lower back.
