ft says that I should be getting around 1800 calories a day, and although I do keep a running tab on calories i'm not too strict. Anyway I was hoping that someone could take a look at my diet and tell me how it shapes up.

9:00 oats/banana
11:00 peach
13:00 chicken breast/vegetable/1 slice whole wheat bread
16:00 protein shake/apple
19:00 turkey breast/vegetable
21:30 protein shake

I forgot to mention that I usually have a few sunflower seeds with my midmorning snack. Also about 1 tablespoon of olive oil with lunch.

Sounds okey for me. Just one thing. Why not putting in 5-6 egg whites to your morning breakfast?
You need the morning proteins.

Sounds like a preety good diet-- and the eggs will give you a bit more protein too. I like to have oatmeal and an egg white omelet in the mornings if I have time before work, otherwise I will boil a few eggs while I'm in the shower and take them to work for a mid-morning snack.

Egg whites!! I should have thought of that. Thanks so much for having a look and the egg white tip! Maybe now I won't feel so hungry only an hour after breakfast.
