I've been probably lifting seriously for the last 8-9 weeks. Before that i was around 5'9 155. now im like 161. I can tell im getting bigger, but the one thing i needed to get bigger were my arms. People who i have recently ran into say they can tell definately in my chest in back, but liek i said i def want my arms bigger. Is this just me expecting results to fast? I think what may hurt is i have a long wing span, kind alike a tayshaun prince type thing goin on for my size. Any advice

what kind of lifting do you do?

monday- dumbells bench press,
incline barbell bench,
decline dumbell bench
dumbell butterflies, i do all of these 3 sets, with 10-8-6

tuesday- back- im not sure the names of them exactly, which sounds bad, but i do 4 exercises with 3 sets and 10-8-6

weds- legs

thurs- shoulder
military press with dumbells
shoulder shrugs with barbell
striaght arm lifts
shoulder shrugs with dumbells
all of these 3 sets with doing 10-8-6

friday, bi's and tri's
standing curl with bar
standing mahcine curl
hammer curls
preacher dumbell curls
bar skull crushers
rope pulldown
standing with the machine and pulling the bar down
standing and grabing a handle and straightening my arm out, an dkeeping elbow striaght' i forget the name

and for all those i also do 3 sets a piece, 10-8-6.
