I put in that i wanted to workout 5 days a week and the workout teh site produces is only 3 days. I tried to put 4 but still 3. any ideas how to fix this? I have been doing them but it is a lot to do.

Also, I am a little bit sore from the last workout on monday and the schedule calls for me to the monday workout again. ie mon wed fri. Should I wait for the sorness to totally go away or is it ok to workout again with a mild soreness. thanks.
