I'm not to worried, but sometimes when I do some high intensity running with my track team my heart seems to have a pretty bad cramp that feels like a cramp that I feel in my ribs. I'm only 15 and fairly active and I was just wondering if theres anything I can do to prevent heat stroke or to just know what I am experiencing.
hay hockeySprinter. Something I don't really appreciate is when someone posts a message and no one responds to it so I will respond to yours as it seems no one else cares. Your pretty young so I can't imagine there is much of anything wrong but just to be on the safe side of things I would go to your doctor and get a general check up and tell him what you have mentioned here. I would be cautious though as I don't have much faith in doctors of any kind. You obviously have access to the internet so you could check on some things on-line which I did for a back injury. My doctor said one thing and I come to find out later that he was wrong and I have been suffering for it but it may turn out to be okay. I am sure you have mentioned it to your parents haven't you? If I was your parent I would want to have it checked out just in case there is more to it. That is my suggestion to you buddy. Be smart about it, it may be nothing. Take it easy ace-out.
Ace hit the nail on the head! "Get it checked by a doctor". Nothing exists on line that will diagnose your problem. The high intensity running maybe effecting your body like a category 4 hurricane hitting a house that is not built to withstand such strains. People at any age can have artery or heart problems. Get it checked! sorry I missed your post.
