Hello everyone. I haven't been to the site for awhile as I have been having back problems. I just found out what the cause is and although I will be seeing doctors for awhile I though maybe someone may be able to give additional info her at freetrainers. What I have done is herniated a disc at L4 and it's protruding pretty good into my nerves of course causing some pain. I haven't worked out for a few months because of it. As far as doing any exercise at all what would some of you more experienced lifters say.
