hello friends im in need:(:( of a cardio routine that i can do to build my stamina in a short matter of time for an firefighter agility exam. what do you guys and ladies think about hiting the sand doons every day :)
I'm far from an expert in training but through searching the internet I have found that lot lot of people support H.I.I.T. training, some claiming that a 15 min. session is equal to a 1 hour run.
H.I.I.T. training, or High Intensity Interval Training can be done running or biking. What I do is use a stationary bike going at a 60% pace for 5 minutes, then go 100% for a minute, 30% pace for a minute, 3 times (only doing the 5 minute the first time).
Try searching HIIT training but I'd wait for someone to back me up on this before trusting it.
