Hi guys! I just have question to ask. I have 2 weeks left to continue my fat loss goal. As of last week, I'm 21.5% body fat, I've been going to the gym 5 days a week, doing atleast 15 mins of cardio a day. My work out consists of a fullbody workout throughout the week, usually 3 sets with 20 reps per set. Months ago, my love handles were history, now they're back to haunt me. I wish to lose them as much and as fast as I can. Does anyone have any recommendations? I also changed my diet as well. I take protein bars as a meal replacement, I eat salad with light dressing, and a lot of fruits and water! Well I'm going to hit the gym right now, and I hope to get a reply soon. Hi Simon...how much fruit are you eating??Fruit is very high in sugar and if your eating large quantities it will inhibit your weight loss.You would be better off limiting your fruit intake to those with a low carb and sugar content(you can find these in the nutrition section on the home page)and eat more veggies.You also should check your protien bars,if there are alot of ingrediants ending in "tose" you are getting alot of sugar there as well.There is alot of really good nutrition info in the stickies in the diet and nutrition forum.Good luck to you!
