Hi guys! I just have question to ask. I have 2 weeks left to continue my fat loss goal. As of last week, I'm 21.5% body fat, I've been going to the gym 5 days a week, doing atleast 15 mins of cardio a day. My work out consists of a fullbody workout throughout the week, usually 3 sets with 20 reps per set. Months ago, my love handles were history, now they're back to haunt me. I wish to lose them as much and as fast as I can. Does anyone have any recommendations? I also changed my diet as well. I take protein bars as a meal replacement, I eat salad with light dressing, and a lot of fruits and water! Well I'm going to hit the gym right now, and I hope to get a reply soon.
