Anyone know of a good way to bring up my stamina in running so i can hold a pace in a 3mile race? If so ide greatly appreciate it

Haha, I do, run, and run some more, and I still dont think my running is where i need to be

Run some hills and some interval training, The hills should be once a week for a few weeks and the hill length should be about 500 meters. You could also do longer runs one day a week such as 3.5 miles on sunday at a sloer pace then run 4 miles the following weekend and so on. I have done all of these and they work. Also squats work quite well at developing the leg strength and I do them as well.
