i have injured my back like i posted it abt in another thread , and i no i cant workout anymore until my back isn't healed. but is there a way to do pushups n sitsup without putting pressure on my back?
and my other quick question is , i still have alot of protien shakes left , if i take them even though i don't workout what effect will it have on me
