Hi there

I have a question; I can't go to bed without having something in my stomach. I just can't sleep if I'm hungry...and usually I'm not really hungry, but I feel an impulse to eat something...anything.Is it really bad if I eat watermelon before going to bed? I should mention that I eat a lot...maybe 1 big watermelon...sometimes even more/day.From what I know it doesn't have a lot of calories but can somebody please tell me if I'm right or wrong?

Thanks

If your body needs to be fed, feed it. Doesn't matter what time of day it is/or night. That being said, you could probably make a wiser choice than watermelon. Not many nutrients....I would suggest a slow absorbing protein, like a casein type. Cottage cheese(low fat or fat free would be a good choice).
