what kind of workout regiemt do you recommend for a tennis player who wants to lose weight, tone, and work on abs...

check powerlifting forum...

focus on big lifts....deadlifts, squats, chin ups, dips, military presses,etc....

offseason u can use high intensity training and lift heavy with diff splits....inseason u can use high frequency, low volume, low intensity whole body training sessions
