im in my cutting phase but im also doing a powerlifting routine to keep my strength and even increase it, in order to do that i have been taking only 5g of creatine before workouts and only on lifting days. do u think i could get away with keeping my strength and even increasing it with out getting that bloaded effect from the monohydrates
