I would like to gain weight in my upper body, yet lose weight in my thighs. I'm eating a lot and taking protein shakes. Im thinking that it will make my legs bigger, when in fact i want them smaller, but if i dont eat big, then my arms wont get any bigger. So im kind of in a pickle, and want to see if anyone has any advice. thanx
