summers here and i want an effective workout, i wanna get rid of stuborn belly fat, build abs, tone up, and increase my 3mile running time...
after summer school im going to join a Tak Won Do (cant spell) class, is that too much to workout in a week? cause last time i worked out too much in a week i got sick. any advice would really help,
