any suggestions on whats the best diet and exercises are for losing fat while toning up? i started this 2 weeks ago and already lose 5 BL. I changed my diet to 6 small meals a day. i have a multivitaum nd the morning with some antioxidens. I add more water and if im at school or out i have a protein bar (perfect balance ) or something like that. Im using the 8 week workouit program on here + some other exercises i have from other websites. Any help would be greatly appercated, thanks.
