Give your self a week...you've worn yourself down. Take the week to clean up your diet and count your calories. Then towards the end of the week work on planning out a sensible exercise routine to start next week while you continue to count your calories.
Everyone needs to take a week here and there. I usually go 6-8 weeks and then take a week off...but the key is to keep an eye on what you eat during that time...just as you would any other time maybe even more.
I know you want to believe that fat is burned while you're running and that muscle is built while your lifting, but that's just not true. The rule is fat is burnt in the kitchen...and muscle is built while at rest. Get that down going forward and you'll be fine.

But it has been a week since my last work out,
should i take a light run atleast? i'm so tired of just sitting in my room... or my house, i wanna go out and do somethin active... (8months ago i would not have said that, it would have been the opposite)

If you feel up to sure...just make sure you're eating enough. Might be worth keeping it real light till you get your diet together and then you can increase your diet and your exercise together and see how you feel.
