This is my work out program...want to lose weight but not
M-F run 6-8 miles/day ...9 min. mile
M,W,F do 1 hour weight lifting same routine includes upper and lower body and abs
age 44 height 5'5" weight 145 want to lose 10-15 lbs.
-------------- Not quite over the hill, with no plans to coast down

Another question... where is the best place to go for advice on diet/nutrition...not sure where to begin...used to do weight watchers, but can't seem to stick to points...always feel hungery.....help!!!

You'll get a lot more informed responses if you give us some idea what you're doing. Feeling hungry all the time is caused by many things - not eating enough, not eating often enough, bad ratio of protein/carbs/fat. The diet and nutrition forum has a load of thumb tack posts also. It's hard to tell you where to go if we don't know where you've been. It helps to fill out your profile with some detail and you'll get good answers instead of guesses. :)
