I'm pretty much skinny everywhere except my area around my stomach. It's like a small patch of glob that won't go away even with cardio. I'd do crunch's to expose my abdominals but I heard that even with crunch's and such you won't be able to see your 'six-pick' until you lose the fat in that area. So how would I go about exposing my pack and losing the glob.
