5 days ago I began taking Arnge Krush before workouts. I took P6 a few months ago and then took a while off from suplements. When I went supplement hunting last week, the Krush is what was recommended to me.
I am also taking On Whey Protein regularly after workouts.
I am fit (6' 185), but I am trying to trim about 10 pounds of fat around my mid-section.
I know the Krush will help me with that.
One of my questions is: should I be taking the Whey protein regularly since I am trying to shed fat. (Some of my friends think that the protein will keep me from trimming down.)
The other question is: has anyone taken the Krush and what their results were?
Yes take Whey protein...it will help you achieve your required daily protein intake...unless u have fridge full of chicken breasts and other products which you prefer instead....whey protein will help spare some muscle as you're dieting and should be taken after working out.....
I would also include 6-8g of fish oil split into 2 daily while dieting.....to spare muscle loss.....
I would also advise against losing weight at 185...why not try to alter body composition slowly? ie lose body fat and gain muscle...
