Well, Ime just checking to see if this should be stopped. Here is what I do. I cannot stand the taste of any of the Whey, or Creatine, so when I make my NITRO-Tech I add half a Bannana some Cinimon, and a pinch of Nutmeg, is this bad or could I keep doing it? Also when I drink my CELL-Tech anything I could add to that or just down it ASAP, please reply!

The bannana has a fairly hi GI rating and lots of potassium/carbs. The cinammon is chock full of chromium and no calories. No idea about the nutmeg. :)

Nitro-Tech (vanilla) actually tastes pretty good. Have you tried mixing it with skim milk instead of water? Tastes like a milk shake that way.

For Cell-Tech, just add more water. I personally like the Grape flavor. You can probably switch to plain old creatine powder and mix with water...no taste that way.

Good luck!

I agree with the Cinimon and Nutmeg, I personally do the same thing, and a Bannana. Me too, I think the Grape Cell-Tech is great tasting, but Fruit punch flavor is anything but edible in my opinion, Also, does Creatine Podwer really have as much actual Creatine in it as Cell-Tech?

It depends how MUCH you mix into your beverage, as with any product. But that isn't necessarily what is important. The different Creatine products on the market vary in purity and effectiveness greatly. As Rpacheco (above) has stated many times, look for the Creapure stamp, the highest quality. Search for Creatine on this site and you'll find the answer to this question many times over.

In sum, NOT all creatine products are created equal. Make sense?

Okey I'm lost...... Is cinimon cinnamon or something completely different?!!!!!

Errrr I'm a bad speller BUT cinimon COULD be another genious American product that I don't know...... (and what's nutmeg?!!!).

Anyway to your information, in a tsp of cinnamon you got 25 calories, 0.1gr of proteins, 1.8gr of carbs and lots of other great stuff. Cinnamon has been proved to be great for weight loss, increased energy and even anabolism....... AND I love the taste. Greeeeat stuff on my oats.

Philia, do you have egg nog in France? Around Christmas nutmeg flies off the shelves around here because many folks cook with it, and use it in Egg Nog (a heavy, cream-like, sweet, yellow drink). It is wonderful though, and similar I think to cinnamon. Try and find it. Thanks for the info on cinnamon, I had no idea it was so good for you too.
