Im looking to build up pecks which i think is like the chest area. Please correct me if im wrong. Im not sure what excersises i should be doing. I have a big pole with weights on and 2 smaller poles with weights on to work on each arm. Im not sure of the names so ill jst call them poles but hopefully you get what i mean.:big_smile:
