Here's the description from FT Health Resources courtesy of TimDay: For things that you get on FT it's often easier to use the fitBuddy search engine at the bottom of the page.

Primary Muscles: Upper Back
Secondary MusclesBiceps: Rear Deltoids

Movement Execution:
1. Place two chairs about 4 feet apart. Put a broom-stick between the two chairs, resting on the seats.
2. Lie down on your back under the stick and grab the stick with a over-hand grip slightly wider than shoulder-width.
3. Keeping your body straight, pull yourself up to the stick such that your upper chest is close to the stick, in a slow controlled motion. Be sure to focus on flexing your upper back muscles as you pull yourself up, and to squeeze at the top for 2 seconds.
4. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
FreeTrainers.com Helpfull Hints:
Focusing on the muscle group you are training is the key point during a workout. You can practice squeezing your back muscles by pulling your arms back at different levels as done in this exercise. Get to know which way you feel the best tension in your muscles and use that while doign the exercise.
