That my body likes to be a certain weight? I find that when iam down to around 130 or so I feel STARVED all the time,and no energy.So is it possible for a body(metabolism) to set a weight that it feels is good for that particular person?(did that make sense?)
Iam working out hard and altho I KNOW my body is changing and Iam losing inches..the scale has barely moved..and yet I dont feel as fat or bulky as I did before
