First off, being skinny is no reason to feel suicidal, second, welcome to FT, third, fill us in on everything you eat in a typical day and when. If you want help, give us the info we need, and we will.:)

Lift.
Eat.
Sleep.
Repeat.
The specifics:
Lift: heavy
Eat: double what your eating now
Sleep: 8 hours a night
Repeat: This is a lifestyle, not a quick fix.
-------------- Iron and chalk.
Pain is only temporary, it is in your mind. If you can still walk, then you can still run.

If you are feeling suicidal, getting fitness advise is not what you need right now. I think you should see a counselor to deal with your issues. To post that you feel suicidal, shows that you are not actually looking to find fitness advise, rather you are trying to reach out to get someone to notice you. Getting help with you issues, will help you feel better about yourself, and allow yourself to move forward.

I have to agree with wrestler125...It was tested and it really works!;) You have to be patient and don't feel suicidal 'coz as Mojo_67 said, no reason to feel that!:) Also, help yourself to overcome that feeling...:)

If you're feeling suicidal then you got deeper underlying problems than just being too thin....go see a doctor....psychiatrist.....a counselor.....dont try to go at it alone....it only gets deeper.....and harder.....
Wrestler is right on....it takes focus and consistancy...and doing the basics.....
