I am 5'11 140lbs I eat 3000 calories a day. I lift heavy three times a week doing a split of chest/triceps, back/biceps, and legs/shoulders. I do 3 exercises per body part. I have been working out for 8 years and I am still 140lbs. I am also at 5% bodyfat and my abs have never shown once in my life. All my muscles are squishy there is no hardness to any of them. Lastly I have taken many supplements to help and they did not work they only made me sick. Does any one have any suggestions of what I can do improve and gain muscle or weight in any way. I am not out to become huge. Just proress to about 150 lbs is my goal for now. Then I plan on moving to 160lbs. So what am I doing wrong. I know there are plent of other ectomorphs and hardgainers that have made some progress. Any help would be appreciated.
