I would like to lose weight quickly, especially in my thighs(it is difficult for me to find jeans that fit correctly and comfortably), but i don't want to starve myself. Just eat healthier, and find fitness program that works. I already play sports year round for school teams so i already am very active every day of the week. I need something that doesn't take alot of time too.:cool:

Losing weight isn't a time thing, it a calories deficit thing. So you need to start eating 5-7 asmaller meals a day and learn how to determine your maintenance calories, then reduce them by about 10% to start. Your question is bar-none the most frequently asked on the site. Take some time and do a little research here. A boatload of relevant posts. Go to the specific diet and nutrition forum and read and eat from the "grocery list for healthy eating". Losing weight is best done in a healthy manner, meaning, 1-2 pounds a week. Quick weight loss is unhealthy and short lived. Good luck and welome to FT!

Weight loss isnt a time game...sure you can loose weight quickly and gain it back(and more!!)just as quickly..I have given myself a full year to loose 25lbs and get into shape....I have tried most of the "quick fix" methods and they just DONT work...
