just wanted to know the pros and cons of each. i've heard that walking is the best for burning fat, but im not sure if its a myth or not. help plz

myth, RUN and then SPRINT....the best is when u can sprint for 10-20 sec, then run for 1-2 min, then repeat....only need to do this for 15-25 min and u're done...INTENSITY is key
yes u burn more fat as a percentage of total calories when u walk but u burn more TOTAL FAT when u run and sprint...this is why people get mislead by this at first...
Running will train your cardiovascular energy and endurance meaning you can then do more exercise to loose weight. Id go with running any day, I like to run even when getting to places.
