for the last month ive upped my number of work outs for in a week. i have been doing small workouts of 30 hour every day of the week.. my abs are coming through and i can notice tightness in butt and mass in pecks. i have exercise bike but only go on for about ten minutes a week....haha i like weights but they dont get a good sweat on.. what is a recomended cardio plan that i could do
also im working on cutting down fat percent. i eat pretty good. i dont eat candy, or fast food, my mom is health nut so i get good meals... what can i do to burn fat quicker?
A good free weight workout can surpass a cardio session if done correctly. Try shortening your rest times between sets for starters. I agree with swarm, at your height and weight I would put on a little more mass before I worried losing BF% and seeing your abs. As mentioned in numerous posts, abs are overrated and unappealing on an individual that is under weight.
