What u guys think is better to drink while workign out? water? or gatorade?

water... Your only working out 90 mins tops...if you was playing a football game....or somthing over 3 to 4 hours...then gatoraid....But you not gonna loose that many electrolights in 90mins.
I like to drink it AFTER .....with my creatine and glutamen.....the suger thats in gatoar aid is the same suger in cell tech......hint hint:big_smile:

gatorade is better to replenish while working out..however, u dont want to drink excessive amounts, especially when you're not doing any activity..

yes i know i just drink it while im working out. cause its expensice so why should a be drinking something for nothing. o another questuon. qhat u guys think about redbull? rock?? or those energy drinks?

redbull can give u a good endurance boost...tho it's cheaper to just buy caffeine pills...price is like...100 pills =2-3 bottles of redbulls...
I like to just take caffeine 200-400mg +81-150mg aspirin before maxes lifting or long sessions of cardio....
Those energy drinks are a waste of money IMO....
Also gatorade and water during a short workout are about the same.....aim for about a gallon....or at least 1/2....

a gallon in 1H... Sounds a bit too much (gallon = 4 liters right?)
Water, since you train only for an hour or so

Definate Water. If your diet is correct you should be ok unless like it was said you are working out for hours.

As for energy drinks........... I like the diet Rockstar but I tend to crash hard off them.

another thing..water should do the job if u eat about 30min-60min before your workout..always try eat something before ur workout for energy, carbs in particular..

Oranges are good hits the blood stream quick.
or if i'm in the mood this is where I "kill"/satisfy my sweet tooth....pop tarts,a few french toast sticks etc.
