i have been lifting n working out for nearing a mth . . .now during morning when i wake up . .. i can slighty see my six pac which is nvr b4 . . .but at the side of my stomach which still haf alot of fat where is jus below my lats . . .which make n body now look square which is rather awful . . .can ani 1 tell mi y? or m i progressing well n keep on to it . . .n i got a little qns . . does drinking protein shake make you fat n i workout everydae but on diff part of my body . . should i jus workout alt daes or still to the everydae routine . . .n i dun seem to lose weight too . . .pls help thks . . .
