Also, Mojo, what weight should I use? I've been using 10 lbs for the squats but havet really done any of the other exercises you mentioned. What weight would be suitable? And Are you sure I wont bulk up with these exercises?

Also, with the exercises you mentioned and the diet I mentioned, will I be able to be inner-thigh-fatless by June 19th???
