Okay so I know most peoples thighs, especially girls', touch. I HATE the fact that mine do! It annoys the hell out of me and feels unnatural. Any advice as to how to get rid of ALL the inner-thigh fat so they WONT touch would be awesome! Please help, this is urgent for the summer! Thanks!

Best advice I can give you without your profile filled out is diet and exercise. What do you weigh? How tall are you? What are your goals? What are you doing now? This stuff helps quite a bit when answering your threads.

Ok, I take it that at 135 and 5"7" the only real area you need to work on is probably your thighs. Your not really overweight. Doesn't mean you don't have a little too lose to be personally happy. I would suggest doing weight training 2-3 times a week focusing on big movements as menace advises, squats, deadlifts, military press, bench, dips and bent over rows, try 4-5 sets of 3-5 reps. Do cardio opposite the days you workout. Leave yourself one full day of rest each week. Losing that inner thigh fat will come mainly from diet and cardio, so re-visit your diet as well, the workout will help tighten you up overall.

okay, is this a good diet to follow for me:
Breakfast--1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats
Lunch--Veggie burger on 100% grain bread.
After school (3pm)--.5 can of tuna and 1 cup applesauce
Dinner: steamed borccoli and 1 boiled egg.

Tell me if this is a good diet..thanks!

it looks to me like you aren't getting enough fruits in your diet. You should have a more balanced diet, carbs, proteins and fats- good fats, to add to your diet. But then again, I am only a novice and may be completely wrong. But try to eat more veggies and fruits, I would think
